Can I try Heavily Meditated for free before I pay?

Of course! We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try out the app for a full two weeks.

To access your free 14-day trial, download the app and create an account. Choose from one of our subscription plans: Monthly or Annual (best value!) You’ll have total access to all of the features of the app for 2 weeks on us! If you decide you don’t dig it, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged a dime.

How can I manage my payments and subscription?

Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account.

Your subscription of Heavily Meditated automatically renews, unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. 

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings. Read the full Terms & Conditions here. 

Are the Gateway Meditations from the Heavily Meditated book in the app?

What is meditation? How do I do it?

Well, those are the two big questions, aren’t they?

Firstly, it’s important to know that every tradition has a different perspective on the definition, purpose and mechanics of a meditation practice. But if we strip it back, most meditators would agree that, in a nutshell, meditation is the practice of concentrating your attention on a point of focus

The five main focal points (or techniques) of meditation are the breath, sensation, sound, mantra and visualisation. 

Now that we know what meditation is, we need to discuss how to do it.

I can’t stop thinking. How can I quiet my mind?

Welcome to the club! That’s normal. And that’s the whole point. Our minds are busy (by design!) and the purpose of meditation is to practice bringing your attention back. Over and over again. Without judging ourselves or our thoughts. That’s all. The point is not to levitate. Or have a spartan-clean, immaculate, empty mind. (I mean….if you’ve got the keys to the levitation castle, though….give us a jingle). 

I can’t sit still. Any tips?

Usually, we’re avoiding stillness because there’s something uncomfortable waiting for us there. So ask yourself: what feeling am I afraid to feel? When you have your answer, sit and feel it and see what happens. 

I’m too busy to meditate. How can I make time?

Nobody has the time. You make the time! Make this your motto - done is better than perfect. A little bit of meditation a day is better than none! A practice that has the power to create powerful change doesn’t take a lot of time. SO commit to something that feels doable and get sit done! BTW - you won’t find any 60-minute meditations here! With Heavily Meditated, you can tap into high vibes in less than 15 minutes a day. 

I forgot to meditate and broke the chain in my Meditation Tracker. What should I do?

Set up Meditation Reminders and receive a friendly nudge to get your daily dose every day at the same time! 

Meditation has a cumulative effect, which is why it’s so useful to do it on the regular. Every time you log your progress in the Meditation Tracker, you boost presence, you increase clarity, you fortify yourself against crumbling to cravings or angry outbursts. 

Missing a meditation happens once in a while. Don’t stress, just get back on the wagon tomorrow.

If I meditate outside of the app, can I still add it to my Meditation Tracker? And what if I meditate twice a day?

Of course! Whether you’re meditating in the app, offline, or on your own, you can log your progress in the app anytime.

You can log as many meditations per day as you’d like.
